Usman Khwaja’s father name is Tariq Khawaja and his mom name is Fozia Tariq. He has two siblings Nauman Khwaja and Arslan Khwaja. Usman Khawaja is an aggressive top-order left handed batsman of Australian Cricket Team. He was named the player of the Australian U-19 Championship in 2005. Usman played cricket from Randwick Petersham Cricket Club. While representing the NSW Second XI, he smashed the double hundred in two consecutive innings, and became the first ever cricketer from NSW who made this.

Usman Khawaja played his first test against England in the 2010-11 Ashes series, when the big name Ricky Ponting was injured in the third test of this series. Khawaja was halted in march 2013 in the 3rd test against India with some other players due to breach of discipline, and was played the test against New Zealand after two years gap, he showed his remarkable performance in this game by smashing his maiden test century and led his team to the unequivocal win.

Usman Khawaja made his T20I debut against India in 2016, playing from Australia T20 squad. He has been remained spectacular in his performances for Australia in all formats and has demonstrated his flight of fancy and pageant with class.

Usman Khawaja also signed contracts in English County from Derbyshire and lately from Lancashire. He also smashed a Century (135) against Kent while representing Derbyshire. He plays his club cricket for Valley District Cricket Club in Brisbane.
